Here is a list of all the Codec frequencies you can call for help.

[edit] 140.15 - Meryl Silverburgh

Call her for help or if you need her to do something in certain situations; she also knows the base very well.

[edit] 140.48 - Deep Throat

You're unable to call him, he will only call you. When he does call you, the information he tells you is pretty important.

[edit] 140.96 - Mei Ling

She gives advice on about your radar; other than that, she just records your mission data by saving your game.

[edit] 140.85 - Roy Campbell & Naomi Hunter

Roy Cambell briefs Snake on different aspects on his mission; as well as moving the storyline forward. Naomi can give you advice and background information on all the bosses, because she is also a member of FOXHOUND.

He knows lots about the base and about Metal Gear REX, so call him if you need information on those things.

[edit] 141.52 - Natasha Romanenko

She's a military analyst, so she's very knowledgeable about your weapons. Equip a weapon and give her a call and she'll tell you everything you need to know about that certain weapon.

[edit] 141.80 - Master Miller

He just gives you psychological advice throughout the game that may or may not help you; he also knows Alaska very well.
