A geneticist specializing in nanotechnolgy-based gene therapy. Naomi is the designer of the FOXDIE assassination virus, which kills targets with specific gene makeups. She modified the virus against CIA's orders, and was sent to federal prison when this came to light.

She is now held captive by Liquid and forced to research a way to hijack the SOP battlefield control system.
