The Nomad is a flying vehicle used as a mobile base by Philanthropy. It has two decks. Its lower deck is used as a hangar for Otacon's helicopter and also contains various computers. On the upper deck is housed the sleeping quarters, a kitchen and toilet facilities. The Nomad also has three resident chickens named Liquid, Solid and Solidus.
