Olga Gurlukovich was once a member of her father's (Sergei Gurlukovich) private army. She was also mother to Sunny Gurlukovich, however Sunny waas taken by the Patriots and she died defending Raiden (who had to be kept alive because if he died, Sunny would be killed).

She took control of her father's private army after he died at the tanker incident. However, she was said to have betrayed them, as she was working for the Patriots to try and save her daughter. When she revealed her role as a Patriots agent to Solidus and Raiden when they were aboard Arsenal Gear, she was killed by Solidus.
