Scott Dolph

Scott Dolph was a commander of the Marines in Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty. He only appeared for a brief time in the Tanker section of the game, where he spoke to hundreds of Marines in the hangar. After making this speech, he was killed by Ocelot, who also killed Sergei Gurlukovich.

He spoke to them about the Metal Gear that the Marines had developed, Metal Gear RAY, to combat the rising number of Metal Gear REXs that rebels were getting their hands on. This was because, following the events on Shadow Moses in Metal Gear Solid, the designs for Metal Gear REX were leaked which made it easy for people to make it.

Scott Dolph is also the father of Fortune, a member of the Dead Cell unit who thinks she is invincible. He was also said to have had a 'fling' with Deadcell member, Vamp.
