Olga's father and Ocelot's former C.O. The first mention of Colonel Gurlukovich in the series is near the end of MGS 1 when it is revealed that he is interested in purchasing Metal Gear REX. When REX is destroyed he realigns himself with Revolver Ocelot and, two years later, they plan to steal Metal Gear RAY, However Ocelot turns on Sergei and shoots him, he then drowns. His last word was "Olga".

He is the grandfather of Sunny Gurlukovich, although he never got to meet his grandchild, as he died before her birth.
